3. Purchases & Payment

All purchases are made through our third-party payment platform. By completing a purchase, you agree to the pricing displayed at the time of checkout, including any applicable taxes. Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). As a Canadian-based business, all pricing and transactions are conducted in USD.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any promotions, discounts, or coupon codes are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final upon purchase and access being granted.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase date, with your order details and reason for the request. We reserve the right to approve or decline refund requests at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in permanent suspension from our programs.

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased program or materials according to the delivery method described on the sales page. We aim to deliver access promptly, but timelines may vary.

Program content, structure, and delivery format are subject to change. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any content with or without notice, while maintaining the overall value of the program.

All content, materials, frameworks, tools, and intellectual property associated with Joysie Dimayuga — including the Career Identity Recalibration (CIR) framework, Career Identity Code™, and 24-Hour Career Decision Accelerator™ — are the exclusive property of Joysie Dimayuga and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own career development purposes only. You may not:

- Reproduce, distribute, or share any program content without written permission

- Resell, copy, or create derivative works based on our materials

9. Limitation of Liability
